I think that "Stop hurting Yourself" means that people don't have to ruin there life and want to get in alot of problems with teachers and parents. One reason why Mr. Hsu put this sign was to not drink, smoke, and do crazy things and to endanger our lfes in jeoparty. One friend that had a problem with drinking in school and right now is in the hospital is my friend araceli because she was drinking alot in school, and people was trying to help her for not drinking so she continue and pass out. I felt sad for her because I know that she couldn't control it and it was for me and her.
